It's not just you.  It's a thing I don't do much because I tend to get carried away.  And I'm too good at trolling for anyone's good, and don't want to look like the jerk I can be.  And those Russians are right.

I still enjoy a little gentlemanly mild taunting discourse when I check TTT's though...

I know what you mean, BU.  ;lol When I have time, I try to at least drop a few words of nonsense or wish others a good turn.

Damn, I remember when I used to roleplay my diplomacy a lot. All those "greetings o mighty provost" or "my council advises me that", with as little references to game mechanics as possible. Now I have slightly less time for such elaborate diplo, however. And I love a good story so much! :)

I try to throw in a little color like "reeducating the captured provost with the ministry of Love", or asking the peace-loving Hive people to turn over Yang to avoid more bloodshed.  But I don't like the more downtalking "I'll kick your ass", or "you are no competition" type of thing.  I think one can add some color without seriously talking down to the other player.

I personally have learned something with every game I have played, every opponent had something to teach me!

That's exactly the attitude I like, and the kind of trash-talk I don't.  "I'm Deirdre and I'm hot. Surrender.">"You suck."  Good call.

LOL, was it real?

Anyway, as you guys say 100%. People say you need to lose with class, but I think it goes the same, if not even more, for winning. I have no fun with both beating and losing to a guy with no class.

I was actually saying "I'm Deirdre and I'm hot!" in one of my two only MP games.  Neither lasted long enough for any surrender demands, and I've never seen "You suck"-type trash talk in AC MP over years and several sites.  Don't wanna.

I'd guess by sometime tomorrow for sure - RL has him much more active on the weekend, and he's on a major MP project ATM.

You may get info in the first game that I nerve stapled some people - don't worry, they were terrorists.

Therefore the Lord God sent him forth from the garden of Eden. He drove out the man, and he placed at the east of the garden of Eden Cherubim, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to keep the way of the tree of life.
