Sorry for the reload in LMS2, I was trying to use a password from another game, needless to say in vain.  ::)

BTW, it seems that my problems with flooding pods are over once I moved to another computer. But then suddenly EM started to experience similar issues.  ??? Computer magic!

It seems the pod issues are totally random.

I had no flooding issues this turn.  I had the normal pod distribution: popped an IOD which will probably destroy my only boat, got 25 energy from a pod, popped a food resource square.  Nothing really extraordinary good or bad, unless you figure the IOD was bad luck.

I will be glad when the last pods are popped and we don't have to worry about this anymore.

That's Provost, if you will, Colonel Kirov.  Thanks!

Colonel Kirov, you must have gotten an exceptional find in LMS 1, based on the power graph.  Care to share your good luck, or do you want to surprise us with an Ogre or something?

Oh yes, the red herring, the oldest trick in the book; t_ras and Green1 are bound to fall for that. Sure, billions of hamsters laid down their lives so that you could be in the lead with your research, my dear 'Provost' (which is not even a real name), but let's talk about the Spartan pod hunting right now.

For best results, please follow up with "look at that Kirov's stupid hair!" and shortly thereafter, "are these Spartans even humans, anyway?" Works every time.

Yes, let's hide the obvious about Sparta: Sparta wins by war, and a high power graph for Sparta in LMS1 serves as a early warning beacon to be careful to build defenses to not get caught with your pants down.  I am certainly taking my own advice, and building far more defenses for LMS1 than LMS2.

You are saying Colonel a better name that Provost.  Perhaps it is, if you seek war instead of knowledge.
