I understand now.   If you had to give up too much to get it so early, it might be a difficult trade-off.

The Free Drones announce that the Merchant's Exchange is nearing completion.

On my Free Drone turn, the game thought that Aki had done an extra save load.  All I did was save the Aki turn in the middle, and load (one time)when I had a chance to play.

I wonder if the issue is that the full file name is not taken into account, but only the first 32 characters or so?  So that the game thought the same save file had been loaded before?

It is possible and very likely that is the problem.

I shortened the base name of the save file.  Hopefully, this will help.
