Morgan and Aki were both attack by 3 mindworms each this turn.  Did you get any message about increasing alien activity?  Assume that only University is getting these messages, including water rising, and be sure and post the details.  I hope we both are trying to keep ecodamage to a minimum, to avoid rising water, but if there is a message warning of rising water, or any other message, I want to know, to take appropriate precautions.

Luckily, the defenses held against the mindworms.  I have played Morgan enough to know not to skimp on defenses, no matter how tempting it might seem.  I am taking this as a wakeup call that the worms are on the move, and am building extra defenses everywhere (including the Drones, which have not yet been attacked).

Aki continues to keep getting sidetracks.  I have had to give her most every technology that I have researched by anybody to deal with it.  So much for trying to keep research tracks separated.  Because she has so many techs now, I think even the Drones research faster.

I did not receive any message.so far not a single message in game.
I would send notice of the  message.

I did not attack by worms, I would be happy about that in case of Gaia  ;)

sidetracks is also the problem in my case.

OK, I thought it was an odd coincidence for Morgan and Aki to both get sneak attacked exactly the same turn by 3 worms each, so I thought there might be an increased native life activity message.

No messages are good as far as I am concerned!  Just watch carefully at the beginning of the University turn, because that is when I think any messages will occur.

More worminess, but well prepared.

The fungus has been Planet's dominant lifeform since about the time of the Lower Paleozoic on Earth. But when, once every hundred million years or so, the neural net at last achieves the critical mass necessary to become sentient, the final metamorphosis kills of most of the other life on the planet. It is possible that we humans can help to break this tragic cycle.
