In other news - hearing of Pirate atrocities in alien heartlands, the remaining aliens from a base captured by Free Drones have requested asylum in Free Drone lands "as far as possible from sea-humans".

Did I read that right? Everyone’s been complaining about the aliens for close to 100 years, and now that I grabbed them by the throat, they’re friggin’ baby seals now? You do realize that you’ve extended to them much more courtesy than what was shown to Syrian refugees? (sick burn, EU!) I’m sorry, Foreman, but I’m not going to let it go. Each and every alien will be charged with terrorism, tried accordingly and put to death. Any human who helps them will be considered an accomplice and traitor, and also tried accordingly.

EDIT: Oooh, I see. You were talking about ‘asylum’, but in reality you’ve just obliterated the base in question and executed all those ‘asylum seekers’. Heh, now we’re talking. I must say I admire your shameless and callous hypocrisy, dear Foreman. Well played, well played. You set a new low for humanity and I’m loving every inch of it. Let the race to the bottom commence!

And FYI, all the Drone citizens have just filed for asylum protection in the Pirates’ lands. You know, just a heads-up.
