Cyborgs really are wonderful people. They amaze me every single day.

I'm always in doubt: am I the leader they deserve? Are my decisions the good ones? Should I be more protective? Am I taking too much risk in order to pursue my science dream? I'm remembering again the news flash of a missing boat, a team of our best biology scientists assigned to probe the ocean. Everyone told me not to send them since, as precious as the data should be, the water were not safe in this area. Sea worms and some Pirates were lurking nearby. I decided to not listen. In a way, I murdered them. On this day, I knew for sure that any research to improve our maritime control was a dead end. I gave up hope. Dark days.

While I was blaming myself and thought that everyone would resent my decision, quite another thing happen. In every cities, all of my citizens gathered spontaneously. They stood up, to honor those who are gone. They did not blame me for a sec. They blamed this planet. They blamed those worms. They blamed the humans who spoiled Earth and forced us to establish colonies in a dangerous environment. They were determined to not let it go.

A petition to open-source the strategic informations of the Command Nexus has been filed by thousands of Cyborgs developers. I immediately accepted their request. The next weeks was simply amazing: tons of projets were launched, from camp training of self-defense or first-aid to military practice. Discipline replaced horror and fear. I'm proud of the courage of this mind shift, and I decided to unblock funds to help this movement, in order to build defensive infrastructures in every city. Availability in early 2196, for what is already famously called, The Cyborgs Citizens' Defense Force.

Either I again loaded in the wrong version of game or there was an issue with my graphics card, but everything looked a bit strange visually.
Nevertheless, I played it to not have another reload.
If you notice anything strange on your turn, I can replay.

I am not sure what happened because I have suspicion that my graphics card is nearing the end of its life, so it may have been just a graphics glitch.
