A question if the answer doesn't reveal key points of your strategy:
Kirov, why did you choose the HGP instead of the WP ?
I would have thought the possibility to double terraform rates is unbeatable as must have. Mines, boreholes, rivers...comparing with 'only' 2 drones less.
