Is there a lot of filter/shopping going on with the freakishly proportioned face(s? different people or supposedly same?) or is that body modification?

She claims to have had no work done except her bosoms - but she's almost certainly had her nose filed down, too.  I think the rest is more-or-less real, avec considerable makeup, at which she shows some skill.  Her waist is pretty consistent; maybe the dieting is all there is to it.

The signs of shooping I notice are all since she took up serious exercise, obviously to bring out the muscle tone; nothing of the sort in the older skinny pics.
