RL should be always a priority, without any exceptions, so I see no problem with delays. I only try to encourage all the others to inform about (in case of longer breakes).

It’s always a disaster, but... it seems to be something you must be aware all the time and something you must simply build into your strategy – all the leaders may be changed over time, so all the agreements may prove to be temporary...

I personally don’t believe people who are not interested to share just a single word about delay to come back, but let’s wait.
