I've got two questions:

•   I've got one additional Colon Pod, but do not have additional Scout Patrol. It’s OK for me as long as it’s the same for you. Is that the same for you?

•   Special landmarks next to my starting location are revealed. Is it the same for you? I hope we play with “No Unity Scattering” turned off not on, as in other case it may be much more problematic (for me) than point 1.

- I've got 3 colony pods and 2 scout patrols;

- what do you mean by special landmarks? The Jungle, Crater and the like? Because these are not affected by Scattering. If you mean supply pods, then yes, I had one. even with "No Unity Scattering" you can still have one or two near you. I believe Mart may have put them on the map to give a small boost for everyone.

About supply pods - I guess we play on automatically generated map, so they should be everywhere (on all the map). Because I can’t see them, it’s why I’m concerned, but it’s true they can be elsewhere – if you had one, it means they are... :)

If I may suggest something, it will be easier for us and him if the rest of us just delete our scouts, one each. What do you say, people? Or maybe you have different numbers of units as well?

I'm not sure if I follow you. What do you mean that "landmarks close to your base are revealed" and then "you don't see any pods"? What is it that you see and what is it that you expected to see? I believe that one supply pod at HQ does not mean that Scaterring is on.

My career as CMN was really short and really long ago, but I’m nearly sure that when you turn off the pods on the map, all special landmarks they carry (like monoliths for example) are revealed. I had monolith next to my starting location, what in addition with the information from setup document “random map – CMN will be responsible for players placement only”, suggested to ask the question, but I believe it’s already answered – you had one, so they weren’t automatically revealed in map building process, so everything is probably OK.

About the units, Cultist normally starts with 2 CP, scout patrol and mind worm, what with additional CP + scout patrol ,should be 3CP + 2SP + mind worm. But if you consider that due to additional mind worm (as a faction bonus) there should be no additional scout patrol like for the others, I can live with it without any problem – it’s some kind of misunderstanding, but without significant impact.
