Just discovered a minor new one a few days ago - you know those annoying asteroid strikes on Nessus Prime/solar flairs that knock out all of a class of your satellites?  I spotted a trick to get on replacing them a turn earlier.  See, I happened to have the game set to 'stop for non-combat units built' and my founding base was making crawlers - I realized that while I was zoomed into the base screen, I could F4 and go into the other bases and set them to building satellites in advance - that is, the turn-opening was still stopped at my founding base, and when it processed my second base, it would have already built the first replacement satellite as if it had been set to do so at the end of the previous turn.  When you're up into the 70s of bases, you can instantly get back over half your power satellites (anything over 127 being a waste) that way, WITH the triple bonus still applying to ground collection.  It's also a tedious pain to do it that way.

In fact, it would be a lot less of a pain to reload the previous turn and get them building in actual advance.

This is another one I can't rate as a high priority to do something about, but no harm in being thorough reporting glitches, is there?

That is an odd one, presumably the “Not during upkeep phase” check can be bypassed by hitting F4. I’ve occasionally tried cycling to the next base but didn’t try F4, darn.

bump (I'm almost through going back, page by page, through Bug/Patch, searching for "Buster" to find threads I started and seeing if they're exploit reports - Unfortunately, scient spiked a lot of exploits I use long before there was AC2, so I didn't report a million here.)
