Bodi, you run FM already - how much did it cost you? Because I pay 24 ec for the upheaval. Do we have mixed difficulty levels?

I had two crashes in a row. I guess I need to install the game properly instead of just copying the folder. I hope nothing's wrong with the file itself.

Sorry for the many reloads, something was wrong with the file. I couldn't open each base screen, always had a crash when opening or cycling to the HQ. I even installed another copy of GOG SMAC, but the problem was still there. Today I installed a pirate copy of SMAC to check one issue we were discussing with EM, maybe that's the reason. If the problem persists, I will need to report it and probably reinstall all my 6 copies on this computer... :)

I can fix the dificulty level issue easly. It was mark properly as far as I could see in the scenario. But I discovered that if it was maked "forced dificulty level" apriory, sometimes you need to uncheck it and recheck it for it to work. better now at the beggining of the game than later when you discover the AI is too boring.

Another crash. Sorry guys, it seems I need to reinstall my SMAX copies, something definitely went wrong when I installed a pirate copy for test purposes.

Addendum: the save file gets crashed only under the Yitzi's patch. I opened the game with the scient's and kyrub's and it seems to work fine, at least it doesn't crash when it previously did. I can report this to Yitzi, but it seems we may need to change the patch if we are to move on. Are you fine guys with switching to scient's?

PS. there will be numerous reload reports, I opened it several times in several copies.

I played this turn with the scient's patch and everything worked fine. Can we change the patches, guys? It seems this one is a bit more stable, I run into some issues with the Yitzi's.

Sorry for 4 reloads for 4 different copies.

Richard Baxton piloted his Recon Rover into a fungal vortex and held off four waves of mind worms, saving an entire colony. We immediately purchased his identity manifests and repackaged him into the Recon Rover Rick character with a multi-tiered media campaign: televids, touchbooks, holos, psi-tours? the works. People need heroes. They don't need to know how he died clawing his eyes out, screaming for mercy. The real story would just hurt sales, and dampen the spirits of our customers.
