I father funbot hereby present undeniable proof of provost Dolgurokovs clear state of madness and lost grip of reality, since he has obviously no sense of awerenes from his actions when he violated our Treaty by invading our borders with his "explorer". Even if i have to admit that his motives are unclear to me, for all his actions so far seems irrational at best. But even if this is a only a result from years of dedication for science which have degenerated our poor Dolgorukovs mind that he cant even tell any longer the diffrence between Treaty of friendship and Pact of brotherhood, or is it a clear attempt to find new victimns for his twisted and perverted experiments in the name of science, it wont matter anymore since its clear that Provost Dolgurokov in incapable to abide the rules U.N., rules of trust and common goodwill towards another men.

And due this and with the fact of this madman is the leader of technology supremacy faction in this planet, i hereby declare provost Dolgorukov as a priority threat against all good willing and god abiding settler on this planet and I plead everyone who can hear this message to unite theirs power and to do whatever it takes to stop the menacy of University.

Earlier today the University Planet News Network has confirmed that diplomatic talks with the Nautilus Seafaring States have culminated in multiple strategic partnership agreements to contain the Believers' aggression. This comes only a few days after an official state visit by Captain Svensgaard who was personally received by the Provost aboard research vessel "Otkrietia"

Ulrik Svensgaard, leader of the Nautilus Seafaring States, expressed his condolences for University's recent loss of "Darwin", the expedition vessel that was sunk with its crew in an ambush by the Lord's Believers Navy while on a circumnavigation mission to collect specimens of Planet's marine flora and fauna.

The Provost in return expressed his regrets of not heeding Svensgaard's warnings about The Believers prior to the incident and has denounced the siege by the Believing Navy of the Nautilus base "Safe Haven", promising to mobilize his own fleet if the Lord's Believers did not withdraw their ships from Nautilus territory.

Gods blessing to all childs that are listening this frequence, this is father Funbot speaking. First of all i must say thank you for all who has acted upon our plead. For unifying such a strong front against our global threat in such short time is not but a clear sign of Gods handywork, obviously made to happen for one and only purpose: To see the fall of Satans touched son, provost Dolgurokov, rogue scientist who has forfeit the rules of U.N. and isnt pursuing nothing less than global domination.

And I truly hope that all the others will soon follow the example of Cha'Dawn and Foreman Domai, leaders of their factions who have agreed that Dolgurukovs end wouldnt be nothing else than a relief for all law and god abiding settlers whose wouldnt want nothing but good and honest life on this planet.
