Well, this rule doesn't make much sense as it is. ;) So we either allow crawler upgrading always or ban it altogether. I can concede to fully allow it.

man, this setup really putted my gray cells in my head to work! I just love and love and love how im in a totally new situation in this game and needing to adapt all mah game knowledge :D. Big thumbs up and salute for t_ras for making this game :)

btw, i started to wonder that are there any rules on probeteam annoucements? Like if morgans get finally overcomed from their greed, decided to get some extra credits beside the usual tradeagreements/solars and they start to suck energys from poor miriams monasterys, is Kirov bound to make annoucment from that to me?

What sort of announcements do you mean? Obviously when the prober tries to frame someone or otherwise triggers that dialogue window which asks about vendetta, he must ask the probee about the choice. I've never heard of any other rules concerning announcing probe team actions and I believe it kind of misses the entire point of using probes, which really are just spies. They even got those gray flags so that "you didn't see who's coming", haha. Still, unless I'm provided with a really good rationale, I'm afraid I can't agree to such a rule.

Not that it would ever matter, because the Morganite faction is very committed to fair and responsible trade and would never undertake actions which could tarnish their reputation as traders and thus dampen the sales. So you don't have anything to worry about on this front. I'm your friend!

in MP there's a problem with the dialogue window which asks the wrong person whether he wants to declare vendetta or not..

I'm checking now if it was solved in the patch, but if not then you need to notice the probed player.

Yep, that's the issue, it goes without saying that the victim should be asked about his/her decisions.
