Thats unfortunate, i thought the AI was sufficiently resistant to trades in my testing. Did an AI make the MCC?

I'm afraid I got the MCC, along with some traded techs like EcoEng and Superconductor, nowhere near what Miriam would have on her own at this MY. I'm thinking how we can balance that...
