No, grampaw, it's not about washed up superstars or Miss Piggy.  (But Miss Piggy is a washed-up superstar.)

I'll give you an easier one to chew on, though; if I ever meet Annie Potts, I'm going to say "I loved you in Corvette Summer."  What does that have to do with the video?

Pigs in Space? or the squabbling?

I beg to differ about the former.  Pigs in Space was lame on purpose, unlike the Christmas Special, and that Star Wars 2-parter was the best Pigs in Space evah.

I guess you're right; nothing happened there without George "Lawyers" Lucas' actual cooperation. 

But man - it's Pigs in Space.  It would have been very, very wrong of them to have done classy, smart comedy in a Pigs in Space skit.

I've been thinking about a Alpha Centauri: IN SPAAAACE! scenario/faction set for YEARS now...

I get pigs in space. I LOVE pigs in space.  And the first half was pretty much what I expected.  Maybe the star wars song and dance is just bringing back nightmares of the "life day" BS.
