I infiltrated Yang and found that the AI in this game is cheating pretty badly. (I presume the other AI are cheating just like Yang; if you have infiltrated, then let us know.)  He is running only Police State (not Planned or Wealth).  Yet he has only 6 columns for industry and 6 columns for growth!  He also gets 3 free citizens before he gets a drone!  See the screenshots below:

I don't believe this issue can be solved quickly since it's been a month you pinged Sisko.

What do you say if we resume the game regardless of the flaw?
