Good idea to do that. Today again I didn't get the notification for the Water World game and I'm 100% sure I have this otpion on (because I see the button called 'unnotify').

I'm sending him an email.

demuring, please check if you have the "notify" botton ut the bottom of the page. If you have also "unnotify" we might have a problem.

t_ras, this is definitely the situation here. I got notifications for several topics, I even checked that in my profile settings, yet no notification emails for the past two days. It's not that big of a problem, but I guess it may affect the turn playing speed, for some more than for others.
