There IS one, and I've been remiss in making an announcement.

You have to, ironically, leave this folder to see it -CivII theme overrides user selection is the only way I could make it default in here- selecting from the bottom right column being the easiest way to have a look.  -Remember, once the thumbnail displays, you have to click one more time on that.

I don't really expect much of anyone to want to live in a theme with an animated .gif background going around the borders of posts at all times --- but I think it's a hoot, an appropriate token of our seriousness about CivII at AC2, and am proud of working it out, technically.  I hope you'll have a look and discuss your reactions with me.  My last four themes have turned out really well and drawn virtually zero feedback.
