Recent site off-line time

  I may have simply not been following posts well enough, but was this down-time scheduled or some unexpected event?

On the one hand, very much expected. On the other hand, for the nth time deliberately done by an outsider.
On the gripping hand, the site really needs to switch to another provider.

WAAAAA?  I had no idea the recent, frequent outages, were anything other than some kind of system unreliability.  Actual probe team ops?  Good grief.

The outages have affected my word-of-mouth promotion of my SMACX AI Growth mod numerous times, in the past several months.  Enough to be concerned about hosting my work elsewhere.  I can't promote my work, or drive traffic to this site as a byproduct, if it's habitually down.

A halfway house would be to do a GitHub repository, like Thinker and The Will To Power do.  I never coded anything for my modding, so GitHub was never a natural fit to my process.

I guess I'll catch up on whatever anyone has written about which faction is attacking this site.  At this point, I think nerve gas is the appropriate response.
