Hiya, the download file is xxx.SAV.7z and I can't open it! Could you repost please? 

Edited to add that I did mess around with winzip, but it's just trying to add it to archive and there's no way of getting it to simply decompress the file for me. I'm fine with the standard winzip files you've been posting.

oops. Sorry, hard to shake off old habits.. ;)
[7z is just a different compression algorithm, it usually has a better compression rate then zip, but is not as widespread, yet]

My people are crazy about your hippie culture, so I had to add a vacation retreat next to my embassy in scotland. It shifted the borders a bit, but shouldn't be too much trouble, I hope. My transport got delayed on the way, otherwise I would have just made up a tourist attraction and build a hostel-city on one of the million tiny islands.

OK. How can I put this?  While we're obviously chuffed to bits with our new neighbours, we really do feel that we're reaching the point of "too much of a good thing" so we call on you to honour your commitment and build elsewhere

Hehe, no worries, I just had to squeeze that 1 town in there. We have in the meanwhile stumbled over some new uninhabited islands to settle, so this was def. the last settlement on your island, not that my folks start asking for democracy in the end.
