Negotiations continue on the tricky point of handing over vast amounts of loot per turn. Sadly three lines of text just sometimes isn't enough.

In other news:

The Morganites are performing strongly on the power graph and have double the Gaian pop, if you can believe that  :)

It probably would be possible to do that except that I don't think they've met and I'm not actually at war with either.

But the Uni is upgrading the units it has on my border. This is going to be tedious   :)  I suppose I'll have to try something soon. But thanks for Doc Loyalty!
