Our long range sensors have detected a new activity in prevously explored area. My scientists ensure that this cannot be our former colleagues from Unity.
Speculation continues on whether this is related to those firestreaks that were observed a number of years before.

The things I have seen... you wouldn't believe... they looked like... well, kind of like elephants, really.

Strange: I <ESC> the game before entering my password to look at something else on the web and when I resumed to actually play the turn I got the warning about tampering, even though I didn't open the turn previously.
I don't know if Peter will get the warning; you'll tell us.

1) Do you guys think that with time we will be able to establish something like Planetary Map and Planetary News Network containing public, unclassified material? Would be nice to share some info, have a map were we can show off our borders, gains and loses.
Here is something most interesting from public sources!
As they sing: "The graph / on the wall / tells the story / of it all"  ;)

It looks like the Pirates are going to dominate the game although generally the graph is reassuring for the Free Drones. I've met the aliens too and I got the warning.

Historical note from the graph:
2118 - first infiltration of human colonies by mind worms. Thousands reportedly dead in Morganites' premises.

Amazing! I did not even know that such datas were available. I have not played smac for a long time before joining alphacentauri2.info, I guess I'm a little rusty.

Currently teaching a class, I'll play tonight. A programming course by the way: in real life too I'm  ;aki;  ;lol

It looks like the Pirates dominate humans... But H'minee's power graph is scarier!

The aliens finally didn't show hostility. Unable to communicate, they just went away... That's a relief!

How many bases can you build without getting an extra drone?

A question from our narketing division: do you like changing names of your colonies?

;aki; I checked the archives, and found something useful.

Dorgo Alpha, Secondary Function Minister, in report On The Bureaucracy Of A New World, 2113 :

« Algorithms Bureaucracy has been tested and documented by the community of Cyborgs. It tells us the average number of colonies that a faction can manage without adding a level of political hierarchy, and thus without suffering of the population discontent due to the heaviness of the system: 6.

A team of social expert developers have completed a refactoring of the Cyborgs political system, in order to go up to 9 colonies without changing to a heavier system. It's seems that every faction in which they are able to improve their system efficiency tend to increase that limit of approximatively 1.5 by efficiency point.

Moreover, we evaluated the consequence above that limit: every additional colony will create an additional unhappy district somewhere in the faction.
»

A question from our narketing division: do you like changing names of your colonies?

Every Cyborg colony as a name dedicated to its function and their climate. I'd like to be in CYBORG HOLIDAYS in the summer season :)
