Guys, sorry I'm pushing my other games while waiting with this one. Truth is, I'm super sick these days and while the other games are at their early stages, this one is a bit more challenging. Expect the turn within 2-3 days. Sorry for the delay.

Word is, Captain Kirov is starting to make mistakes. He needs victories if he wants to keep the respect of the Staff. And victories are nowhere in sight. A H-K resurfaced near Penzance and most hunt squads got redirected. Ulver is the only one to remain on course.
We only hear so much and it’s not easy to make something out of it. They say that thousands died in the Reds’ offensive and that fire glows were seen even from the coast. Makeshift barricades are made from what is left in the battlefields, at the same when corpses are still being put in bags. Give it a month and the corpses will be themselves used for barricades. We’ve never been so desperate there.
In the East, the Machines are advancing. Sometimes in a clear night, we can just make out distant explosions, the constant barrage of artillery, deadly clouds of nerve gas billowing in the air. I’ll never forget the face of a man paralyzed with nerve gas. They say mind worms are worse, but I find it hard to believe.
The sea is so silent it’s almost unbearable. We got so much used to the sound of torpedo salvos, I almost forgot how it’d been before that. But now it’s changed and we haven’t seen a Machine H-K unit for a long while, which paradoxically only worries me. I know they’re out there, something’s telling me that. My hunt squad never goes without work for a long time. Not that I would enlist in the Black Navy otherwise. It’s my shift in a moment. Maybe tonight…
