So I have long played Civilization games but got Alpha Centauri recently...it was about the only old civ game I didn't have. Anyway decided to do this game of the month scenario and submit it. My 2nd ever game I have finished (3rd started, playing PBEM with a friend a continent away in another) and I tried to go peaceful the whole way...which eventually backfired when everyone declared war and I transcended a lot slower due to letting computers slow progress. Still I'm glad to finish and submit it. Doubt I have time to give it another more aggressive, faster finishing run.

Note in my save how late I first attacked someone (2300 something I believe).

Thank you for the submission, it is very interesting save, much different than the two other.

And I also corrected the table in the first post. Vishniac Transcendence is actually 2267, since I had to advance one turn. Kirov submission is with already completed Ascent SP.

Thanks, I hadn't looked at the others as I might still try and submit once more from an earlier point with more aggression if that is allowed. It would be from about 30 turns in or so when I met the UN and decided not to kill them initially.

Yea, I didn't get a chance to finish my replay...too much basketball tournament watching :-P. Maybe I'll finish it and eventually submit anyway.

Meanwhile, why not trying to get some high ranking in SinglePlayer League:

Both Kirov and Earthmichael showed interest in completing the game. They are very good players, so defeating them, would be really some achievement.
My score is somewhat 2266?
I plan to do a gmail account for submissions, and now I will do it shortly...
