Piracy is on the rise in the contested waters between Data Angel and Cybernetic territory.
After numerous infiltrations of Data Angel networks by a group called "Buccaneer State of Mare Nostrum", their activities seem to be escalating with latest loss of Morgan Inc cutter to a pirate boarding party.

That's a misnomer.
We prefer to call those forces Cybernetic Peacekeeping Corps.
They exist to prevent irrational humans from disturbing our rational ways.
War is a waste.

Due to decades old hostilities between Hive and Data Angels which disrupt trade and cooperation on planetary scale, Cybernetic Consciouness decided to mediate in the conflict.
The Data Angel and Hive leadership were sent an invitation to cease fire and start talks on peaceful resolution of the conflict.
However, both factions have refused the offer.
This has forced the Cybernetic forces to establish a "no sail zone" in waters between the rival factions as well as disarm their front-line forces.
Citizens of Data Angel settlements, tired of decades of bloodshed, hardship and other inefficiencies are rioting and expressing their wish to join the Cybernetic faction, renowned for it's paradigm economy as well as peaceful and rational ideology.

Peace at last!
Data Angels and Hive have agreed to make peace with each other and Cybernetic Consciouness.
Additionally, Hive has made peace with Gaians and University.
It all sounds well, but meanwhile hostilities have erupted between Cybernetic forces and Morganites due to the latter's war on Hive.
Peacekeeping operation continues..
