Not to discourage you from MP, but one of the goals of many of the alternate-rule mods enabled by my patch is to make things harder for human players, especially on the highest difficulty levels, so if you found it too easy on Transcend not using my patch, you might want to try my patch and change the drone rules and ecodamage formula to make it harder, and then try it on Transcend.

Soooo: PBEM, unoffcial patch 1.0, and SMACX, right? And for sake of speeding things up, how about we do random map, instead of having someone use map editor?

So heres my usual ruleset i like to play, all negotiable ofc:

Transcend difficulty

Small/standard map with 7 players, rest spots filled with AI

full bat crazy random with map conditions :3

All victory conditions enable

Tech stagnation enable

Spoils of war Not enable

Aggressive AI Not enable

Randomise Ai personality or agenda Not enable

Aaand a hidden map

Beside those, i can go each way with rest of the rules like supply pods or not, or Do or Die or flexible start etc.

Well I wouldn't mind that, though thats all up to metaleater. I personally love the random factor that Ai brings, if no other reason than to hide my lack of skills lol

Sur we could have a go, but i would like to first wait for the other game that metalhead started there (metalhead you kirov bodi mallax) if i end up there eventually . Just to make sure i wont have too many games on my head and overtax myself. On which can happen quite easily for me on smac/smax mp lol.
