unfortuntly the scenario was lost with all the rest I had in a comp crash, so I cant check the settings. each will have to check it and hope you are all the same (which I'm pretty sure I forced).

Being the Drone I have yet no way of guessing my settings (my bases do not have more than one pop and I have no social engineering choices other than the basics).

Here is the file for Wiglaf.

I can send you all a science with Social Engineering choice and you all see what it cost of transver. ( if is 24 for all of us than is ok to continue else start again with the right difficulty.)
But let it be a non real game turn, and  after that we go back to the old turn before I sent you all a science.
Is that ok for you all?

Just tried the save. If needed Wiglaf can play further. My cost for SE change is 24 EC.

The problem is I lost the scenario. I do have some  a similar one - 3 iselands each "pole" with one big iseland in the middle for AI and other smal iselands with ruins.

Is it OK?

Sorry for the inconvinience. I promess to run all factios with SE next time.

I forgot about this game altogether. I can join this and like 2-3 more games, but the real problem nowadays is the shortage of CMNs.

The sea is everything. It covers seven-tenths of the globe. Its breath is pure and healthy. It is an immense desert where a man is never alone, for he can feel life quivering all about him. The sea is only a receptacle for all the prodigious, supernatural things that exist inside it; it is only movement and love; it is the living infinite.
~Jules Verne ’20,000 Leagues Under The Sea’, Datalinks
