A few words about the personality of each faction would help.  How good guy/badguy, how agressive, how tech-oriented; stuff like that.  Good bases tend to show the personaity you're trying to project.

the personality of each faction can be deduced reading the few words i've expressed in this thread but first of all reading the txt of the factions (contein the main concept) i've posted for each jpg ideas

these are your factions and I don't want to change that at all.

in this game, from my advice, there's not mine and yours. i think all is edited to be improved, corrected, make an alternative, used for any works (like scenarios) you want use (perhaps with changes in factions), ...

i've suspended the creation of my custom faction ... waiting own or friedly inspiration ... time is the best resource we have.
meanwhile i've saw union council vote bonus must be redifined.

chuft did a little of that, but it's certainly a good fit for AC.

That sounds like the miniseries, not the 80s movie.  I liked the miniseries better.
