CFC lifts it's no-talk policy on Upatches!

Petek, mod over at CFC has gotten CFC to lift the no-talk policy on popular community Upatches such as Scient's , Kyrub's 444_experiment, Kyrub's SMAX patch PLUS, and Yitzi's SMAX 1.1.

The issue was inclusion of code that bypassed the annoying and antiquated DRM in many of the releases of both SMAC and SMAX. However, since GOG who has the rights to sell both Alpha Centauri and it's expansion Alien Crossfire has removed the unpopular DRM, it is a mute point.
