I prefer text to sound. From the discussion-

"Things I think are cool:

The continents have their own names.

The barbs are apparently way smarter.

The districts get bonuses based on the terrain around them.

Workers don't live forever!

Roads are created organically by trade.

Natural wonders and other "attractive" landscape features likely have some sort of boost to tourism.
