Eco Damage Display Bug

Intermittently when loading city display, ECO dmg shows to be around 1200 (and rarely ~20000).  About half the time it displays properly.  Doesn't seem like it triggers any actual ECO dmg, so maybe not a huge issue.  I'm using Yitzi's unofficial SMAX patch 1.3.  Screenshot / save attached.

This was probably introduced by my patch by mistake; it's late now, but later I'll open it up and take a look.

Ok, I found what's going on, and as I suspected it was due to an error in how I wrote the patch.  It will be fixed in version 2.0 (which is coming along nicely; I finished the first, and probably largest of the four stages today.)
