Voting is locked.
While it would be good to have possibility to build Network Nodes, it is good to be able to erect Recycling Facilities. These are like crawlers, cost only 33% more, while giving 3 resources (1 of each flavour). Which is more or less what you can get by a crawler at this game stage.
