What is an ARR? I've seen Dio and ete do some, and I'm interested.

You need never be sorry for newb questions.

Make screenshots of the highlights of a game as you play.  Write it up in as little or as much detail as suits you.  Post.  You just made an After Action Report.

An AAR is an After Action Report. It's also a term simply for: Capturing pictures of gameplay and writing up a following report/info on it. It's the literature equivalent of a Lets Play, instead of video footage, screenshots+writing.

AAR's can also take the method I use in where they follow a more story based approached, like my AAR, Varshavianka- The Peoples War. (It is in the Planet Tales section and I have an update coming for it by the way!)

Green1 goes for high-volume posting a few (beer-filled, I think) evenings a week.  He makes up in wittiness and prolificness a lot to balance Jarl's exacting craft.  You should totally go see Jarl's Varshavianka, BTW.
