Title: SMAC factions in SMAX

Is it possible to play with the original factions in addition to the SMAX ones? I seem to remember you could choose between all of them back when I had the original CD's. Or am I imagining things?

Yes!

The select screen is a bit.... weird... If any UI modder were wanting to tackle it, I wish it were more like Civ select screens because there is no rules difference.

at the top, you will notice original 7, SMAX 7, and at the right just stars. Select that. Then, it will be random or you can select.
