Title: Is there a valid reason, besides spite, that...
Post by: E_T on August 22, 2016, 05:42:46 PM
Is there a reason to have the system to do the change to any post or text that has the word [Sleezebag] and making it into T rump??  I find this both offensive and frankly, childish and am asking for an end to it, please.

I can't get people to stop saying its name -which is what it wants more than anything and the problem in the first place- but I can see to it it doesn't result in any Google hits.  -My place, and my responsibility to see that we're not part of the problem.

At one time it was worse.  The [Sleezebag] is actually milder than the original "solution".

I just find it exceedingly annoying, when I want to have sane and thoughtful dialogue and have to see the T thingy...  why not change it to his original family name of Drumpf (see John Oliver for reference).

...Because one is minimally intrusive; the other you suggest is almost as bad as the day its name was smilie code.
