Title: Graphics of facilities with color

We can have a little bit of color in-game, that is, more than just these few "code colors" that differentiate SPs, and facilities with startegies of explore, build, discover and conquer. They are not present everywhere and when image size is decreased, they look less impressive, but things can be worked out to get it better looking.

Below is a renamed recycling center for a mod. Color graphics is visible in help (F1 screen)
That is not maybe much, but viewing that from time to time may give improved game experience.
However, for this to work, now we need to have such large mono-color areas in shape close to square,
but this can be trimmed if needed. But then we loose color image area.

This should work for facilities, SPs and technologies the same!

I wish some of the facilities would show the correct colors in the base production window. For example, Recycling tanks appear as a explore facility while in the datalinks they appear as a build type facility. Another example is pressure domes appearing as a build facility while showing as a explore facility in the datalinks. Actually, come to think of it, those are the only two examples I can think of that have facilities with mismatched colors. Perhaps it is a bug?

Seems plausible.

A proper AI remake would probably make the AI treatment of facilities more variable, and make facility type dependent on the values set, solving that problem neatly.
