Title: Need Help!

If i play game with AI and chose option Tech stagnation on; Will  AI resech slow too?
And does landmark Unity wreckage work correctly on MP games?

One more question! I playing BPEM by Cult. I discovered Biogenetics. Why i cant research Secrets of the Human brain?

it's the way SMAX tree is working. some techs are not available even though you have the prerequisites. it will be available in the next few turns.

if you are interested, there is an Excel tool available somewhere on the boards that calculates the available techs for each faction depending on the starting slot in the turn order..
